Full Color

The InovarHR logo has one full color version. The full color logo should be used as the primary logo, however, there is flexibility depending on design and application as to when to use gray-scale, black and white, or all white logo versions. The full color logo version should be used as often as possible to build a strong brand identity.

Logo Usage

Inovar means to innovate, both in Portuguese and Spanish. The InovarHR logo represents innovation, growth, and mentorship which comes from the owner’s belief that people are an organization’s greatest asset. The logo mark’s bright colors and accented shapes show a sense of diversity and excitement that draw your eye to what would be the dot on the letter “i” representing each individual and their unique strengths. The letters “v” and “a” appear to be up and down arrows that resemble expansion and growth through innovation.

Black

Use this only if the color version of the logo is not an option, for example, screen printing.

Grayscale

Use this logo when printing in black and white, for example, in a newspaper publication.

White Reversed

If ever the logo is to be overlayed on a photo or color background and the full color option is unusable, the white reversed version should be used.

Minimum Size

The logo should always be clearly legible and should never have a height smaller than 100 pixels.

Clear Space

When placing the logo within artwork, please maintain a padding of clear space around the logo. The padding should be the length of the connecting lines, and should be maintained all the way around the logo. That is to say that no image, or other text should extend into this padding area.

Background Usage

Sometimes the logo will be placed over images, visually complex backgrounds or colors that clash. Always make sure the logo can be easily seen. The full color logo is always preferred, but other options are available to help with legibility. The left column shows unacceptable logo usage when placed on a clashing color block, the middle column shows unacceptable logo usage over photography and the right column shows ways to correct. It is important to find the right balance for legibility.

The Type

Typography

The brand typography must speak to the InovarHR personality and culture. Elegant, strong and legible, yet still approachable. Montserrat is the brand’s primary typeface, allowing for contrast between bold and thin.

As with the InovarHR logo, consistent use of the brand typefaces reinforce the overall brand identity and personality.

This typeface should be used as the primary typeface for all printed and digital content. In this way, Avenir Next LT Pro simplicity works to its advantage, as it is very versatile and different weights can be used for a diverse set of applications, while still preserving the personality of InovarHR.

All styles are acceptable (use Thin, sentence case for body copy).
The Color

Color Palette

The InovarHR color palette represents how InovarHR aligns business strategy with people to create a positive culture. The dominant shades of green and deep navy speak for the fresh and innovative way they see the big picture and can connect within organizations to achieve maximum performance, efficiency, and results. While the vibrant magenta expresses a passion for people and a fire-like drive to achieve goals. The soft pink and warm gray incite a sense of calmness similar to the gentle approach InovarHR gives each client to enhance and embrace their staff and its culture.

Here are the color breakdowns for each production format. CMYK colors are used for any basic printed materials (flyers, brochures, documents, menus etc). RGB colors are used for any digital materials (social media, e-newsletters, website, TV advertisements, etc). The web safe colors are similar to RGB and are only used for digital materials. The six-digit code is an easy way to add specific colors when changing web design preferences.
